When you create a pbworks account - you receive and email from them every day for five days! This stops after 5 days.

To adjust the number of emails you receive, go to either the "workspaces" or "my pbworks" tab at the top of the window (just under the URL)  and towards the bottom on the left of  your "home" on pbworks, (that's your "workspaces" page)  you will see this option

Use the drop down menu, and don't forget to "submit" your choice!

With a free pbworks account the notification setting is the same for all your workspaces

You can decide to choose "never" if you wish, because you will still receive an email notification when someone uses the option "share this page" to send  notifications of changes.
